Chad McNeil is Vice President of Sales. Chad is a Security and Fire Systems expert with hands-on experience and a proven track record of solving customer service problems. Chad is a great part of our knowledgeable team at Video Doorman Safe Building and a great resource for you, our clients. He is known for a clear understanding of customer objectives and technology’s role in achieving these objectives.

Larry Dolin

Larry Dolin is the President of American Remote Video. After successfully launching Video Doorman®’s interactive apartment building security systems connected to live Central Station operators in New York, he has now expanded into the Boston Metro market. The company he founded and sold five years ago, American Security Systems, continues to utilize American Remote Video (ARV) for Video Doorman monitoring in the New York area. We intend to take ARV and its Video Doorman Safe Building system into every major market in the United States.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

ENTRY PANEL, ACCESS CONTROL

The system starts with a Video Doorman Safe Building entrance panel or connection to the existing telephone entry system, along with a camera, speaker, microphone and access control reader.

CENTRAL STATION LIVE OPERATORS

The signal travels over a high speed internet connection to a 24/7 UL certified Central Station. Operators are trained to handle video monitoring calls.

ENTRY/SURVEILLANCE

High resolution cameras and speakers/microphone allow Central Station operators to interact and monitor the entrance of the building and the lobby.

EMERGENCY PANIC BUTTONS

Emergency Hold-Up Panic Buttons are installed in the lobby for added tenant security and assistance. When pressed, our operator comes online, and can see, hear, and communicate.
